NOC from the AP Fire Services
Step 1: Registration Visit the official website of the Andhra Pradesh Fire Services at http://fireservices.ap.gov.in/apfire/. Click on the services, “Apply for fire NOC” option available in English. You will be required to provide your personal details such as your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, Aadhaar card number, and address. A verification code will be sent to your registered phone number, which you’ll need to enter for verification. Once verified, you can access the NOC portal and upload your documents.
Step 2: Submit Application After logging into the Provisional NOC Portal, you must complete and submit the application for the Provisional NOC or Occupancy Certificate online. The webpage will validate your submitted application for accuracy and completeness. If any errors are identified, the page will prompt you to rectify them before submission.
Step 3: Application Review Your online application will be visible to both the department and district fire department officials on their dashboards. Regional and district authorities will review your application, conduct an inspection at the construction site, and compile an inspection report. Officials will examine the application form and building plans. The inspection report will undergo a review by senior department officials.
Step 4: NOC Issuance or Rejection The fire department will make a decision on whether to issue or reject the NOC document based on the examination of the report prepared by regional and district authorities. If the decision is to issue the NOC, it will be uploaded on the portal. If the application is rejected, a letter explaining the reasons for rejection will be provided. You will be notified of the decision via email and phone.
Step 5: Download Provisional NOC To obtain your No Objection Certificate, log in to the portal using the credentials provided to you via SMS on your mobile phone. You can then download a copy of the NOC. If your application is rejected, you can also download a letter that specifies the reasons for the rejection.

- Scan Copy of Challan
- Scan Copy of the Undertaking on Rs. 100 Non-Judicial Stamp Paper
- Scan Copy of the Bank Guarantee for 15% of Fire Fighting Equipment
- Scan Copy of the Declaration signed by the Owner/Builder/Developer
- Scan Copy of the Estimate of Fire Fighting Installations
- Scan Proof of Surrendering Land for Road Widening
- Plans to be uploaded by the Builder for Occupancy or Provisional No Objection Certificate, including Site Plan, Elevation Plan, Section Plan, and Floor Plan for all the Floors, which can be submitted on the http://fireservices.ap.gov.in/apfire/ website.
