- Visit the HDFC internet banking facility using your phone or Personal Computer- https://netbanking.hdfcbank.com/netbanking.
- Correctly enter your User ID or Customer ID and click on the ‘Login’ button.
- Now click on the ‘Forgot IPIN Password’ link below the box to enter the IPIN password.
- Enter your Customer ID again before clicking on the ‘Go’ button.
- Choose the method you would like to use while resetting your HDFC net banking password i.e., With OTP on mobile and debit card details or with OTP on mobile and OTP on email.
- After selecting one of the two options available, type in the Captcha as it appears on the image and click on the ‘Continue’ button.
- Enter the registered mobile number linked to your account and click on ‘Continue’.
- An OTP will then be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP and click on ‘Continue’.
- After verification, select the card number linked to your HDFC account.
- Correctly fill in your card details i.e., ATM PIN, and Expiry Date in MM/YY.
- Next, enter your new iPin login password (6-15 characters and different from the previous three passwords).
- Click on the ‘Confirm’ button to end the process.
You can now use your new iPin login password to take advantage of the HDFC internet banking facility.
